In Art Exhibit
On June 18th contemporary artist, Abiola Idowu held his Excavation exhibit! The day prior, Abiola had a special visit from Mayor Patrick Brown (Brampton). The Mayor was accompanied by Councillor Paul Vicentes and Councillor Rowena Santos who got a sneak peak at the collection. It turns out Abiola also had a surprise for them as he donated one of his most cherished pieces in his collection to the city. The Mayor was definitely touched by the gesture and then said he would have the piece hung in City Hall so every citizen of Brampton could appreciate the art. The exhibit was a smash hit and people came from all over to see Abiola’s latest collection.
